Coral dot ITY Knit Dress

I am trying to stay on track with no more buying fabric and using my hundreds of yards that I have in my stash.  Sometimes it is hard.............sometimes it is so easy to just go shopping in my boxes and boxes of fabric stashes.

I found this coral dot ITY knit and I thought a simple sleeveless dress to wear during the HOT summer months then a cardigan to go with it for Church and when the weather finally gets cooler.

I used my TNT knit dress pattern with the elastic waist.  Why venture out to something new?

I also found this midnight navy, coral and white stripe ITY knit fabric that I think will make a nice cardigan.  Maybe the McCall 5844 cardigan?  I've seen so many raving reviews that I think I might need to sew it up to see what all the fuss is about.

Girl M is feeling better since having her tonsils and adenoids removed.  What a difference a week makes!

  1. Beautiful dress and I'm loving the fabric for the cardigan. It is so hard to stop fabric shopping.

    1. Thank you for your kind comment & encouragement. I do love fabric shopping, so many possibilities go through my mind with fabric. But storage is getting tough. Only so many hiding places! Thank you again I appreciate your comments.
