I had a blue and white stripe sheet in my stash that I had hoarded long enough! The tag said it was from Target. It has a little stretch to it and I knew the Simplicity 9140 would be a perfect pattern for it.
I sewed a straight size medium! I've never been a medium so be warned that this pattern is very loose fitting & generous in sizing.

I shortened the skirt 2", made self fabric bias binding for the armholes, made the neck facing 1" wider but still topstitched it down.
